I’ve been living here for a while, and it’s truly one of the coziest and most peaceful neighborhoods. It’s quiet, safe, and always clean. The apartments are comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located near stores, schools, and everything you might need.

The Savannah @ Southport have a wonderful staff. Tia and Gabby were a great help to my husband and I. The move in went very smoothly and there is enough parking for everyone. The jacuzzi, pool and gym were really good perks. We’ve been here for 6 months and we love the community that is here at the Savannah’s . I would definitely recommend to live here.

Moving here was one of the best decision I’ve made. The apartments are well kept and everyone that lives here are so friendly. The manager Tia and her staff are very professional and helpful with anything you need help with. They have events for everyone to enjoy and I definitely recommend living here.

Savannah at Southport are an excellent place to stay. The management and employees of the office are very kind, accommodating, and friendly. The tenants and their families are also very important to them. I appreciate every event that Southport Apartments hosts for the kids living here, and the staff is also excellent with our kids. I strongly recommend moving to the apartments in Savannah at Southport apartments they really maintain a safe and clean atmosphere.

I am a new ish tenant to the apartments, Moved in April. I’m so happy I made the move! The manager Tia has been beyond helpful the whole time from the applying to moving in. My last apartment would take months to fix anything. I put my first work order in and they had it fixed same day. The amount of professionalism and care this place has is amazing.

I love it here! Very fair rates, a good and safe neighborhood, and an amazing faculty! Tia, and Gabby in the front office are very helpful whenever I have any questions or requests, and the groundkeepers Tino and Deandre have always been very helpful and resourceful as well. I strongly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking to move to the West Sacramento area.

From the very first time I came in to book a tour in these apartments, Tiah the manager and Angel went out of their way in friendliness and attention to detail to help guide my fiancé and I in finding our next apartment!! Would definitely recommend these apartments!!!

Great apartment complex with fun stuff to do including a small play structure for kids, a pool for the summer, a mail system, a laundry system, and places to park. Great for settling down if you don't have enough money to afford a house.
